Privacy Policy
Service: Life Harbor.

This is a short public policy for the mini app. It describes which data the service needs and how it is used.
Which data is processed
- the Telegram or VK user ID, if the user signs in through the respective platform;
- name, username, interface language and time zone, if supplied by the platform or specified by the user;
- Life Harbor entries: the selected action type, date, amount of LIFE and an optional note;
- settings for reminders and weekly care agreements, if the user creates them;
- a referral code, if the user joined through an invitation;
- the IP address to determine the country and apply regional access rules.
Why the data is needed
- to open the user’s personal Life Harbor and save progress;
- to calculate daily and weekly summaries;
- to avoid crediting the same type of life action more than once a day;
- to show a public profile with only aggregated data, without personal notes;
- to send evening reminders, if the user has enabled them.
What the service does not do
- it does not store bank cards or payment details;
- it does not transfer money or accept payments;
- it does not publish personal notes in the public profile;
- it does not sell user data to third parties.
Public profile
The public profile link shows the name, referral code and aggregated figures: LIFE for the day/week, active days and categories. Personal notes are not displayed in the public profile.
Storage and deletion
Data is stored while the user uses the service or until they ask for it to be deleted. To request deletion of data, the user can contact the service owner through the channel from which they obtained access to the app.
Source of country data
The DB-IP.com database (CC BY 4.0) is used to determine the country from the IP address. This is an attribution of the data source, not a transfer of the user’s personal entries to the DB-IP website.
Partnership inquiries
If you send a partnership inquiry, we process your name or project name, e-mail, proposal, language, consent version and timestamp. The IP address is stored as a keyed hash for spam limits. This data is used only to review your inquiry and reply, not for marketing mail.
Your inquiry is sent to the service owner’s private Telegram chat; the owner’s reply is sent to your e-mail through Resend on behalf of the service. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the form and may process technical browser data. A running worker removes inquiry data and correspondence from the working database after 90 days; this does not delete Telegram messages, e-mail or previously created backups. Do not send sensitive data. Consent version: partner-2026-10-25.
AI assistant
This feature is optional. Only after separate consent and a manual request are entry dates, categories and personal note text for the selected period of 1–30 days, including today in the account’s time zone, sent to create a personal digest and recommendations for the selected topic. The topic is also sent to the model. The provider, mode and model are shown before consent: free mode uses Google Gemini directly; the operator’s explicitly enabled paid API mode uses OpenRouter and an external AI provider. There is no automatic switch to a paid API. Your name, contact details, account identifiers and points are not added. Sign-in data and other information stored by the app are not automatically sent to all providers. However, personal details inside notes will be sent to the selected provider: these data are not fully anonymous. Review your notes and edit them in History before starting if needed.
Free Google Gemini may use prompts and responses to improve products, and human review may occur. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information. Regional exceptions and other processing conditions are governed by the Google Gemini API terms. In paid OpenRouter mode the service requests providers that declare no request retention or training (ZDR). OpenRouter stores request metadata and performs safety screening; legally required retention or disclosure may apply. Operator account settings also affect processing. We do not guarantee that external services retain nothing. See the OpenRouter privacy policy.
The working database stores the period, selected topic, language, result text, processing state, and consent version/time. They are not published in your profile. You can delete the text in the AI assistant tab; a technical record remains until account deletion to prevent duplicate requests and enforce the shared limit of one request per seven days. Deleting the text does not reset this limit. Editing original notes does not rewrite an existing digest. Deletion from the working database does not remove earlier backups or records held by external services. Account deletion requests are handled by the service owner. AI may be wrong; the digest is not medical advice or a judgment of a person.
